1. Sponsor (Organizer)
The Sweepstakes is organized by UAB “Midas Marketing”, company registration number 123962997, registered address S. Žukausko g. 49, Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).
The Organizer provides participants with an opportunity to win Eurosconto.com gift vouchers and discount coupons (hereinafter referred to as the “Prizes”).
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to natural persons who are at least 18 years of age and are residents of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter referred to as the “Participant”).
Employees of the Organizer, their immediate family members, and wholesale customers are not eligible to participate.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, the Participant confirms that they meet the eligibility requirements and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the Organizer’s decisions, which are final and binding.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes is conducted on an ongoing basis, subject to the conditions set forth in these Official Rules.
The Organizer reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes at any time for justified reasons in accordance with applicable law.
4. How to Participate
To enter the Sweepstakes, the Participant must:
- Visit https://eurosconto.com/lottery
- Enter their full name, email address, phone number, and date of birth in the designated fields
- Confirm acceptance of these Official Rules by checking the consent checkbox
- Click the “Register & Play” button
- Verify their phone number by entering the SMS verification code sent to the provided phone number
Important: The phone number serves as the unique identifier for each Participant and determines the number of times they may participate.
Participation is free of charge and does not require a purchase.
5. Game Mechanics: Poker Card Selection
Upon successful verification, the Participant will be presented with a digital interface displaying 36 concealed playing cards arranged in a 6×6 grid. The deck consists of cards ranked 6 through Ace in four suits (♠ ♥ ♦ ♣).
The Participant must select exactly four (4) cards by clicking on them. Once four cards are selected, the cards are revealed and the Prize is determined based on the following poker combinations:

The specific Prize values for each combination are displayed on the Sweepstakes page and may be updated by the Organizer from time to time.
After the Participant’s four cards are revealed, all 36 cards in the grid will be displayed for transparency and informational purposes.
6. Provably Fair Mechanism (SHA-256 Cryptographic Verification)
The Sweepstakes employs a cryptographically secure, provably fair system to ensure transparency and prevent manipulation.
6.1. Pre-Commitment (Before Card Selection)
Before the Participant selects any cards:
- A Server Seed is generated using cryptographically secure random number generation
- A Seed Hash is created by applying the SHA-256 algorithm to the Server Seed
- The Seed Hash is displayed to the Participant and sent via email as proof of pre-commitment
The Seed Hash serves as a cryptographic “fingerprint” that proves the card arrangement was locked before the game began. Any change to the Server Seed would produce a completely different hash.
6.2. Deck Generation
The card arrangement is generated using HMAC-SHA256 with the following inputs:
- Server Seed: Secret key held by the Organizer (revealed after play)
- Client Seed: Combination of Campaign ID, Entry ID, and Participant’s email address
This ensures that each Participant receives a unique, deterministic card arrangement that cannot be predicted or manipulated by either party, and the result can be independently verified after the game.
6.3. Post-Game Verification
After the Prize is revealed, the Participant receives an email containing the Server Seed and a verification link to independently verify the draw. The Participant can compute the SHA-256 hash of the Server Seed to confirm it matches the pre-committed Seed Hash and regenerate the entire card arrangement using the provided verification tool.
7. Prizes and Winning Codes
The revealed Prize will be accompanied by a unique winning code (coupon code), which may be used in the Eurosconto.com online store.
Winning codes are valid for 14 calendar days from the date of issue.
The Participant will receive an email and SMS containing the winning code, the prize value, the Server Seed for verification, and a link to verify the draw.
7.1. Prize Applicability
Important: Prizes (gift vouchers and discount coupons) apply to the value of goods only and do not cover delivery charges. Delivery fees must be paid separately by the Participant.
Discount coupons do not apply to sale items (products already marked down or on promotion).
Coupons cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or coupon codes. Only one coupon may be used per order.
7.2. Prize Value
The value of each Prize is stated at its fair market value, including VAT, where applicable. The specific Prize values are displayed on the Sweepstakes page and in the winning notification.
8. Participation Frequency
- If the winning code is not used, the Participant may participate again after 30 days from the date of play.
- If the winning code is used and goods worth at least EUR 10 are purchased at Eurosconto.com, the Participant may participate again immediately (subject to order confirmation).
- The Organizer may grant additional plays as part of promotional campaigns or bonus programs.
9. Taxes and Legal Obligations
The prize awarded in this Sweepstakes may constitute taxable income for the winner in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
The winner shall be solely responsible for:
- Declaring the value of the prize to the relevant tax authorities;
- Paying any personal income tax (PIT) or other mandatory charges arising from the receipt of the prize;
- Complying with all applicable legal and tax requirements.
The Organizer does not withhold taxes, does not provide tax advice, and shall not be liable for any tax consequences incurred by the winner.
Participants are encouraged to seek independent tax advice if necessary.
Under Lithuanian law, prizes exceeding certain thresholds may be subject to personal income tax at the applicable rate. The Participant acknowledges that they are solely responsible for understanding and fulfilling their tax obligations.
10. Newsletter Subscription and Personal Data
By participating in the Sweepstakes, the Participant agrees to receive marketing communications and newsletters by email and SMS from Eurosconto.com to the provided email address and phone number.
Personal data is processed in accordance with:
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation / GDPR)
- Applicable Lithuanian data protection laws
Personal data is used solely for Sweepstakes administration, prize delivery, phone number verification, marketing communications, and personalized offers (including birthday promotions).
11. Public Announcement of Winners
By accepting a Prize, the Participant agrees that the Organizer may publicly disclose the Participant’s first name, city of residence, and Prize won on the Eurosconto.com website and the Organizer’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
12. Prize Restrictions and Substitution
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash, unless otherwise determined by the Organizer.
- Prizes apply to goods only and do not cover delivery charges.
- Discount coupons do not apply to sale items (products already marked down or on promotion).
- Coupons cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or coupon codes. Only one coupon may be used per order.
- The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any Prize with another prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
- Prizes that are not claimed, are refused, or cannot be delivered due to Participant-related reasons will not be reissued.
- Winning codes that expire (after 14 days) cannot be renewed or extended.
13. Limitation of Liability
The Organizer shall not be held liable for technical failures, network interruptions, email or SMS delivery issues, incorrect information provided by the Participant, any circumstances beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control, or any tax consequences arising from the receipt or use of a Prize.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the Sweepstakes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
15. Final Provisions
- Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules.
- The total number and value of Prizes shall not exceed the amount specified by the Organizer for each campaign period.
- The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Official Rules at any time. Changes will be published on the Sweepstakes page.
- These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
